Generation 1
First contact between Cybertron and Earth (as represented by GI Joe) didn't go so well. Second contact is coming... and it couldn't be any worse, right? "I Saw Three Ships" is written by Tom Scioli and John Barber, with art, colors, and lettering by Scioli. Continue to full review
Generations

Generations
Transformers Colombia has brought us new catalog style photos for the upcoming Voyager Brainstorm. MasterPiece
It's time again for Japanese hobby magazine scans, and the first item of note is our first "official" look at Masterpiece Star Saber. Seen previously at an event where photography was forbidden, Star Saber is now revealed in full detail for all to see. And he has full transformation from his basic Saber form up to Star Saber. Brainmaster functions aren't confirmed, but you never know. Check out the scan below while we wait for bigger, clearer images to roll in!
Generation 1
No one can deny, Hasbro have been putting pedal to the metal rolling out a TON of new Transformers Age of Extinction products this year. According to the latest report from MarketWatch, Hasbro's Transformers sales increased 32% to bring a hefty $335.8 million in sales for the last quarter. This was backed up by strong sales for My Little Pony as well, but didn't help Hasbro meet Wall street expectations due to weak sales from games and pre-school products that are losing out to the mobile apps market. Read on for more details on Hasbro's latest earnings.

Third Party
Hasbro has just launched SuperFanArt.com - a coup of a domain name if there ever was one - which currently offers fans the ability to upload and print fan renders of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic characters through Shapeways. No other information is currently available, though there will be a presence at SDCC and a few fan pieces are already available for purchase. What this will mean for Transformers- and especially Third Parties and customizers who offer parts through Shapeways - remains to be seen. Click through for the link!
Generations
Amazon has posted preorder links for the next collected trade paperback volume of MTMTE and a complete collection of Dark Cybertron in hardcover, both dated for December. More Than Meets The Eye Vol. 6 doesn't give issue numbers but by the description it collects the issues being released now. Keep reading for synopses and links!
Age of Extinction
Robot Kingdom has shared an image of the upcoming AD-31 "Saikyou" (Strongest/Ultimate) Optimus Prime, which appears to be a power-up form of Prime that uses the Generations Leader class mold. Seeing as that mold was already used as AD-01 in a similar but superior deco to the US release, could this be a Silver Knight color scheme like the one Target seems to be so in love with? More info as it becomes available, but for now check out the incredibly vague magazine scan!

Age of Extinction
TakaraTomy is releasing a special DVD to support Lost Age in Japan. Along with some other promotional materials, the Autobot Daishukou DVD will contain the fun Diorama Story & Toy Demonstration from a couple weeks back. It also appears to contain episode 1 of Fight! Super-Robot Lifeform Transformers. Keep reading for the ad!
Age of Extinction
Appearing very, very briefly on ToysRUs' website this morning were a pair of Angry Birds Transformers products. The Optimus Prime Bird Raceway is a slot-racing set that comes with transforming "Ultimate Optimus Prime Bird" and "Ultimate Megatron Pig" figures, and the Energon Racers Pack is an assortment of Autobirds and Deceptihogs. Keep reading for images and some (hopefully temporarily) dead links!

Age of Extinction
What's coming and gone for most of us, has just begun in Brazil, France, Germany and other counties where Transformers 4 Age of Extinction's release was delayed due to the World Cup. As the movie continues to show, the big goal of a $1 billion box office is not too far off with current sales at $886.2 million. This is not certain as the biggest markets in the USA and China given up the lead to the new summer films like "Planet of the Apes" that moved into the top spot this weekend.
Rescue Bots
